Key points
- Thoughts trigger emotions and behaviours that are all repetitive. Close to 90% of all thoughts a regular person has in a day are a repetition of their thoughts from the day before.
- Change is difficult, because: 1. Thoughts are repetitive; 2. Known behaviours are “safe” and 3. The loop of thoughts triggering emotions, emotions triggering chemicals and chemicals defining the body is hardwired by age 35
- A hugely important piece of knowledge – the brain does not make a difference between reality and visualization. The more vivid the visualization, the more senses it includes and the more specific it is, the more truthful it is to the brain.
- Hence, introducing new thoughts about who you are by visualization triggers new emotions, new chemicals and new bodily experience. Introducing new personality defining labels like I am healthy, I am fit, I am abundant, imagining the new label in deep specifics by including all senses, feeling now all positive emotions that you know this new identity will deliver to you, experiencing this new you now, triggers new chemicals and a new bodily experience. If repeated regularly, this new thought-emotion-body loop will result in new choices, new actions, new perception of reality. It will shift reality.
- Remember, we create reality like a movie projector. It is easier to project a new reality when a few projectors roll it together. This means, your new reality is closer when you have a support group seeing and visualizing it with you.
Cause and effect
By feeling abundant and worthy, you generate wealth in literal terms. By feeling healthy and fit, you physically change your body to be so. The moment you feel empowerment, you experience success. The moment you are in awa with life, you will have a mystical experience

An infinite number of realities happen simultaneously and past present and future are also co-existing at the same time. You visualizing a specific future establish a connection with it and increase the probability of you experiencing it.
Energy flows where attention goes. Place your attention on the desired self to feed this new reality with energy.
Challanges you will face
The body
“I feel tired”, “I don’y feel like doing it”, “I feel uncomfortable”… various feelings that will come to hold you in the old known loop of thoughts and habits. Change is scary and the body reacts to the fear of unknown
The environment
“I have to go”, “I am at work”, “Why are you doing this, Peter? It is all nonsense”… you live in an environment that fits your old way of doing things. The people surrounding you know you as your old self. There will be a reaction to you changing
Time
“I must do something else now”, “I had no time”… your daily schedule is based on your old habits and needs. It will need to be adjusted consciously.
Meditation
Literal meaning of meditation, to become familiar with
Become aware of your thoughts, become conscious of your unconscious self. Stop being what you think and become the observer.
Then, choosing which thoughts not to gran any energy and attention to and which thoughts to focus on and expand on.
Every time you overcome an aspect of your old personality, there is a measurable liberation of energy.
Meditation disconnects you from your body by making you control it and behave the way you want.
Meditation disconnects you from the environment by shutting down sensory input.
Meditation controls time by keeping you in the present moment – eliminating thoughts of the past and the future and focusing on the self you want to be.
If done properly, meditation changes the body, the environment and the future to accommodate the new self.
