We might get a continuation, since we already got 2 inside candle days:
If the continuations is upwards, I have nothing to do with the stock. Hopefully, it is downwards on volume, so I can get on the slide. The new stock issue price is $17.50. They would have to manipulate upwards first before selling. If they succeed to hit the $20 mark, we might be looking on another $2 move down to $17.70 support area.
ACER
Awaiting a PDUFA decision. It might skyrocket on Monday. Running only on 1M stock buy from the founder. Light volume runner. Based on financials, in Sep 2022 had cash only for 1-2 months unless they ATM-ed since then. There are no signs on the chart of an ATM since June. I would conclude they are short on cash and they might use the $6.4M shares available as of the 17th of May 2022 ATM. It’s a confluence of news and need of cash. It might go either way.
